Simplify PT License Renewal in Multiple States – PT Compact

A PT Compact privilege gives you flexibility to practice in a participating PT Compact state* while aligning continuing education requirements and renewal deadlines to your home state license—saving you time and money.

With a PT Compact privilege, you can:

  • Easily apply to multiple member states with one online portal.
  • Streamline your continuing education courses to only home-state requirements.
  • Keep just one license renewal date on your calendar for every state* where you practice.

  1. Select the state(s) in which you are seeking compact privileges.
  2. Attest that all required jurisprudence exams have been passed. Requirements vary from state to state.
  3. Pay the associated fees.
If approved, you will receive an email with your unique compact privilege number(s) within minutes.
