New Mexico

New Mexico has not yet enacted the model legislation necessary to join the PT Compact. Individuals with permanent residence in New Mexico are not eligible to get compact privileges. If you are interested in having your state join the PT Compact please contact your state physical therapy association to see if it is on their legislative agenda.
